This is a bit of a departure from my previous posts. I will be posting the fourth installment of my Moleskine sketchbooks next week.
This is a project I have been working on over the past two years. I started it the day my grandmother died without really knowing what it would become, and I finished it two years to the day from her death. At first, it was just a collection of drawings I had of her and her home, but I knew it needed to be something bigger. As the grieving process continues, so did this project.
My grandmother was one of the most important people in my life. This project is my way of honoring her and coming to terms with her death.
